They were always willing to help and were available when needed, we had trouble getting updates from our solicitors but Nicky was fantastic and went above and beyond to put us at ease and keep us in the loop. Had a rather jaded opinion of estate agents however, Robert Watts changed our opinion completely. From the start, the valuation was a positive experience which can’t be said for another agent we also tried. We dealt with Nicky and Liz and they couldn’t do enough for us. Our personal experience had many hurdles and they helped us every step of the way. They were always available, offered advice when asked and spoke to our buyer and their solicitor when queries arose. It was our first time selling a house although we had a few obstacles out of our control, robert watts where very helpful throughout the whole sale. We also bought through their birkenshaw branch which were as helpful and our 'saving grace' through a very difficult and stressful time.
