I recently attempted to buy a house with Robert Watts and Nicky was the lady who I dealt with the majority of the time. Although the sale did not complete through no fault of Robert Watts, it was an awful process which was incredibly stressful and they were dealing with a difficult seller. Nicky was absolutely phenomenal in her communication, efficiency, care, friendliness, honesty and kindness. She really empathised with my situation and worked hard to support me, find answers, chase solutions and a facilitate a way forward for me. She has been the light in a dreadful situation and went above and beyond in her role. If you get Nicky as your sales negotiator you are in excellent hands-that lady deserves a pay rise, a medal and a promotion!
