Like no other sale they had seen!!!! This didn't phase them though!!

We finally completed the purchase of our house last Friday having had our offer accepted back in January, It has been a long drawn out process to say the least but we got there despite the many hurdles, complications, and emails and telephone calls along the way. We are particularly grateful for the time invested on our behalf as buyers by Melanie and also Kayleigh who always seemed to be able to get the answers we needed to keep things moving. James and the rest of the team however were also happy to get involved when necessary to ensure things ran smoothly and we met our required completion date in the end, Huge thanks to Melanie, who understood our frustrations and actually proved more effective in getting things done than our poor choice of solicitor!
