Great agent
Hi Kate, I just wanted to give you some feedback on my experiences with your team in Cleckheaton, especially Hilary Darling. 3 years ago I bought a house to let out, then 1 year ago I rented a flat to work up here midweek when we moved our family home down south to Peterborough. Hilary has been brilliant in sorting out issues when my tenant started to give me difficulties by not paying the rent, then subsequently leaving the house with damage. She has always been there to call upon and always followed up with great communication and advice then tough action when needed, she is a credit to your team! My circumstances have now changed, so I am living in the house I bought up here, not renting anymore, but I wanted to give you some feedback that I would recommend your team to anyone letting or renting in the future. Thanks again, to your team for the last 3 years! Steve

Excellent service
Mel was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole procedure, always rang back when she said she would. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Robert Watts to all my friends.

Sale of my property and purchase of new.
Excellent, friendly, efficient service received from Melanie and her colleagues at Robert Watts. Thank you for your outstanding customer service, I will recommend you to others. Staff at Robert Watts arranged many viewings for my property and before long it was purchased at the asking price. They were also pro active in finding me a new property and have communicated so well throughout the whole process. Thanks again Suzie Flather.

Like no other sale they had seen!!!! This didn't phase them though!!
We finally completed the purchase of our house last Friday having had our offer accepted back in January, It has been a long drawn out process to say the least but we got there despite the many hurdles, complications, and emails and telephone calls along the way. We are particularly grateful for the time invested on our behalf as buyers by Melanie and also Kayleigh who always seemed to be able to get the answers we needed to keep things moving. James and the rest of the team however were also happy to get involved when necessary to ensure things ran smoothly and we met our required completion date in the end, Huge thanks to Melanie, who understood our frustrations and actually proved more effective in getting things done than our poor choice of solicitor! Many thanks again

Great staff
The straightforward sale of our property took far longer than we had anticipated due to problems out of our buyers control. One particular girl, Melanie, was so helpful and went over and above her role including telephoning us in Lanzarote to keep us updated. The other girls in the office were also very polite, helpful and considerate to our plight of wanting a quick sale. Many thanks to all

Superb Management Of House Sale
Having marketed our house for sale through Robert Watts, I can say that all aspects of the sale process were carried out more than efficiently. From the initial meeting with James Watts, who came to view and value the property, until the final stages of the sale, which were dealt with by Kayleigh Sebastanelli, Watts were professional throughout. James was by far and away the most enthusiastic person to come and value the property, hence the reason we chose to market through Watts. Kayleigh, along with Jenny and Melanie, kept us up to speed with what was happening with regard to viewings, interest on Rightmove etc. Even when it came to the final stages and there had been mistakes made in the exchange of contracts, Kayleigh was the one to bring these to our attention and to point out possible legal avenues we could go down. In the end, the sale went through and I would like to congratulate the Watts team on their professionalism and perserverance throughout. Ian Moir

Buying my First Hme A***** Experience!!!!

Help in difficulty
