After Brexit and five (5) previous agents, and during the pandemic, Steve came and sorted us out. Because he works by himself, without an office full of nitwits, he is able to assess and react quickly and accurately to individual needs and circumstances, which he does admirably. He was extremely helpful in all negotiations and the roller coaster of broken chains and unhelpful agents and solicitors further down the chain. After 2.5 years of aggro he sold our house and made it possible for us to move on. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Steve managed to sell my property within a very short time, after around a year of being under another agent and having given up hope of being able to sell, due to the property being out of the 'norm'.
