Can't recommend Steve enough!! He sold out house within 1 week of going to market!! Kept us regularly updated throughout the process and ensured the whole transaction was trouble free and efficient. No heavy sales pitch or pressure to buy or sell (we bought and sold with Steve) and found his approach relaxed, informal yet professional and effective. Totally different from other agents; Steve only showed round people who were serious buyers and who were specifically interested in our type of house, a small, pretty grade 2 lsted cottage. He was also excellent at chasing up our buyer's lazy solicitor. Cannot recommend too highly.

After Brexit and five (5) previous agents, and during the pandemic, Steve came and sorted us out. Because he works by himself, without an office full of nitwits, he is able to assess and react quickly and accurately to individual needs and circumstances, which he does admirably. He was extremely helpful in all negotiations and the roller coaster of broken chains and unhelpful agents and solicitors further down the chain. After 2.5 years of aggro he sold our house and made it possible for us to move on. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
