We appointed Steve Grantham Bespoke Estate Agents to sell our property and from the first meeting we had with Steve, we knew that he was the agent for us and didn't look any further. His honest and insightful approach made the sale of our property prompt and seamless. After appointing Steve, he got straight to work and organised the photography needed to market our property. The photography was second to none and very quickly our property was live on the various property selling platforms. He then organised an open day and kept us fully up-to-date on how the sale was progressing with regular telephone updates. Steve uses his network very well and even brought a couple of potential buyers through the door before the open house as he new that they were looking to purchase within our area. Within about a week of the open house our property had sold which meant that we could get on with the search for our new property. We can honestly say that Steve's service went above and beyond what we ever expected. A true professional who not only sold our property, but helped us secure the purchase of our new property (even though he was not the selling agent for the property we were purchasing) Steve has fantastic insight and is a true problem solver. I would recommend Steve to anyone. From start to finish the experience was refreshingly customer focussed. He took time to understand what we wanted from a move and even took time to proactively help us find our dream home. While our move was a simple one on paper that didn’t stop Steve helping at every step and towards the end of the process having daily calls and guiding us through other challenges. It’s difficult to know what to say here as no words can express our gratitude to Steve for his unwavering support, we had a challenging journey getting into our forever home but without Steve it is unlikely our dream would have become a reality.
