Recently bought a house through JP & Brimelow. They are very clearly a highly professional organisation who know how to get things done. I have been really impressed from start to finish. There are always issues that come up when buying or selling a house and the staff at JP and Brimelow have been really helpful in resolving these. They respond to calls and emails promptly, take appropriate action and find solutions, and are very patient. Clearly they look after their clients (and so I'll going to straight to them if ever I need to sell) but they also look after buyers as well. They are really accommodating in terms of arranging appointments and visits. We dealt with Ria, Jack and Carole who were all great. Jodie in particular deserves a special mention for going the extra mile throughout - including sorting out a lengthy Saturday morning appointment for us at very short notice...and for being lovely with our toddler whilst we did what we needed to do.

A HUGE thank you to Carole for all the help, support and advice offered during our move nothing was ever too much and as promised she always chased things up and returned our call. I would like to point out that Carole wasn't from the estate agent we were selling with (but would be if we sold again) but she went above and beyond to make the sale run smoothy and successfully. We felt more supported by Carole than our own agent and would highly recommend Carole and JP & Brimelow for their professional approach. All the staff were friendly and supportive but Carole really stood out to us! 😊
