I have just completed the sale of my property using JP & Brimelow Chorlton and couldn't be happier. I am a born worrier(!) and when I had any questions they were so thorough and informative with their answers that I felt relaxed immediately. They always knew my name and property details and made the service feel so personalised. They provided regular updates and were easy to get in touch with when I had any queries, even with COVID-19 restrictions in place. The team were so reassuring throughout and I was confident they would get me the price the property was worth. Carole in aftersales was amazing. When a couple of hiccups occurred with my buyer she offered sound and professional advice and helped me reach the stage of completion without too much stress. Overall extremely happy with the service I received from JP & Brimelow and will definitely be referring their services to any friends / family looking for an estate agent.

I had a reasonably fixed deadline for my purchase as I was moving for work and Jodie at the Chorlton branch was absolutely brilliant at pulling together our solicitors to get it over the line on the date it needed to be. There wasn't an email that went unanswered, in fact I think most were responded to in the hour if not immediately. Forever grateful that everything went to plan and I'm 10 days in and feeling settled already :)

Just had sale agreed and offer accepted all on the same day, both through JP and Brimelow. Great service!! They have been professional from the beginning from Eddie, helping me understand the local market, the quality of the marketing was excellent. Once on the market, Jack was great, his friendly manner instantly put me at ease. He took time to understand my requirements and discuss all the options open to me. David did the viewings on my flat, with his relaxed attitude, he listened intently to the flat highlights and passed them onto potential buyers. When I viewed properties with him, no detail I asked was ever too much. Once offers placed, the whole team worked together to ensure offers presented in a balance format. The result was outstanding.

My sale was pretty stressful to say the least - due to complete in the days before lockdown, it was the put on hold for a few months. But despite the uncertainty Carole and Jodie were brilliant throughout - they stayed on the case after restrictions were eased and kept me up to date with progress throughout.
