It was important to have the right agent by my side for the sale of my development. I'd met a few, but decided on JP Brimlow, they just seemed to pip the post in terms knowledge and professionalism. However my transaction was not straight forward and at times marred with difficulty. It was at this point that I realised that I'd made the correct decision. It didn't matter how many obstacles were in the way, they just sought solution after solution, and we got it over the finish line. They held my hand throughout the process, especially Carole, and I felt really supported. We also ended up breaking the ceiling price in the area.
