Truly, a "blessing in disguise" on the day that the 100,000th UK death from Covid-19 was reported. Just how far removed from reality are you?

The advertising saying "covid was a blessing" with regard to house prices has to be the most crass thing I've ever seen. Dead uncle but hey... house price has increased.

Appalling experience with this agent, my partner and I viewed a property with them and they are not professional whatsoever! We felt rushed and not taken seriously at all, from the initial stage when registering our requirements and arranging a viewing my partner felt uncomfortable with the person on the phone she felt was rude and just wanted to get her off the phone and move on to the next. We viewed the property the representative didn’t have a clue about the property and we were told our questions would be put to the seller and we didn’t hear back from them for days, we chased and then got told sorry we have sold it now! Avoid them if you can as you are just a number to them in my eyes, it’s unfortunate that they have a a lot of properties that people want and they then lack on service!

Over the top agents. Very snobby only interested in the higher priced property, very rude and so pricey. Go Zoopla or net seller fees £450 these guys £100000s

If you like fairy tales or campfire yarns then these are the bunch to visit. How we managed to complete our home purchase through them I'll never know. My dissertation on algorithmic theory seems trivial by comparison.

Very sad to say a bad experience. Once we were signed up, no interest in us (the house sold in an hour). Crucial communication between myself and the buyer were not relayed (both ways). The sale only went through once the buyer and myself communicated directly. Don't waste £5000 on them.

Mark Littler works for their company so therefore his 5 star is tosh. The girls behind the desks are extremely rude and incompetent. We bought a house through this company which is any wonder as the lack of communication is shocking.
