Keegan White were our estate agents when buying our first home. We had our initial viewing with Charlotte and she was very welcoming and energetic, a breath of fresh air compared to other viewings we had with other estate agents. Lenny was extremely helpful throughout the process, giving us updates from the seller and keeping us informed of the reasons for any delays, we felt he balanced everyone's needs with great care. We appointed Keegan White following meetings with a number of local agents. Lenny White was personally involved from the outset and offered no end of expert guidance and support (clearly borne from long experience in this space) throughout the process. The marketing effort truly exceeded our expectations, and the price achieved was above that predicted by any other agent. I believe this was in no small part due to the aforementioned marketing and very smart positioning of this unusual property by Lenny with prospective buyers. Lenny has then continued to hold our hand whilst the process has completed, stepping in on occasion to offer quick decision-making to help solve the small issues that occur during a sale. Overall, truly the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent and I can only thank Lenny and the team for not only delivering on their promises, but exceeding our expectations in doing so. Very Helpful Agents I am writing this review not as a seller, but as a buyer of a property listed by Keegan White. I found all staff extremely helpful through every stage of the buying process, especially Charlotte. Charlotte and Lenny acted on every request in a very timely manner, which meant that communication between all parties was smooth throughout. I am fully aware that as the buyer I was not their client, but they acted with kindness and professionalism from start to finish. I would certainly be comfortable employing them as my agent if I was to sell my property in the future.
