Joe was a superstar. I have had very bad experiences with estate agents in the past and was dreading starting the process again this time around. Joe and Giovanni visited us on a bank holiday Monday at a time to suit us, took time to get to know our property and talked at length about our valuation and strategy for the marketing and sale of the property. Throughout the entire process, Joe made made himself available for all viewings, including evenings and weekends - very rare in my experience - and provided us with detailed feedback each time. He always followed up viewings providing us with feedback and kept on top of any interest. Joe managed our offer perfectly helping us to get best value and he was constantly in touch updating us with all progress throughout the sale. It felt like a friend who genuinely cared was looking after our sale. This has been our smoothest house sale, and I would not hesitate to recommend Joe from Ewemove.

Keegan White were very attentive and helpful throughout (thank you Charlotte especially) and in fact, they have persuaded me that using a good high street agency is essential, rather than an online only option. When our first offer fell through, losing a couple of months, Lenny White stepped in, as apparently he always does if a sale doesn't go as expected. New buyers were found straight away, a similar above asking price was negotiated, and just three months later, our house was sold. The experience was as stress free as could be and their property imagery and video tour using state of the art equipment made for outstanding property particulars which I'm sure helped a lot to sell the home so easily.
