The marketing effort truly exceeded our expectations, and the price achieved was above that predicted by any other agent. I believe this was in no small part due to the aforementioned marketing and very smart positioning of this unusual property by Lenny with prospective buyers. Lenny has then continued to hold our hand whilst the process has completed, stepping in on occasion to offer quick decision-making to help solve the small issues that occur during a sale.
