We first met Nik as buyers of our property 5 years ago, and we had a great experience with him as buyers. Since then he has set up independently with Lenny as Keegan White and we met Nik along with a number of other agents when valuing our property to sell. Nik impressed us with his experience of the local market at the valuation and given our previous experience we decided to choose Keegan White as our seller agents. We've been thoroughly impressed with Nik, and Keegan White in general, during the selling process. They have been knowledgeable, transparent and attentive throughout. They made us feel valued as customers and provided a great filter for requests from the buyer to ensure the transaction went through as smoothly as possible for us. They chased up the buying chain to ensure the sale didn't lose momentum and we ended up completing just over 2 months from going to market. Keegan White are not your average estate agents, they are so much better than the rest in Wycombe. They go above and beyond. From the day Lenny came out to value our house to helping us through a very long, drawn out process which took 11 months to exchange. Viewings on our house to offer took no time at all, less than a week, it was our purchase that took the time, Lenny and the rest of the team at Keegan White, including Nik have been thoroughly brilliant throughout.
