I can really recommend Rachel Butcher. I found her extremely informative and she was able to answer all my questions in great detail about conveyancing together with some really good advice. She had an in-depth knowledge of the local area and proposed planning. What I liked in particular was that she was totally honest about the house she was selling and willing to spend time showing us round without us feeling we had to hurry. Also some advice on how we could adapt the house to suit our own needs.

Great communication about viewings. Never let down over a missed appt without notice of cancellation. Nik mainly dealt with the viewings and clearly is a skilled EA. When first buyer fell through he found another buyer in a week just as market was turning down. Saw it through to conclusion with great chasing of second buyer and what they needed to do to complete complicated chain. Thanks Nik
