As a first time seller I found this Agent professional and proactive,. They gave good advice at all stages of the sale and dealt with the inevitable problems in a fast and efficient manner. I was particularly impressed when my solicitor was very complimentary on their knowledge and expertise. They got several offers within a week, one of which was very close to the asking price which I was happy to accept.

This house move was the 19th in our 47 years of marriage, and we have seen every sort of Estate Agent, good, bad, and pretty ugly! Although Nik Keegan and Lenny White probably can't be called pretty, (only joking chaps!), they are way ahead of all the others in standards of service and outcomes. From putting our house on the market it took just 3 days to get over 12 viewings, and only a few days more to get 6 offers, all at asking price!! Real expertise too in the qualification of the offers, which is sometimes overlooked, but which gave us a solid-gold buyer. Just 2 months from initial marketing to completion! Amazing! I cannot fault Lenny, Nik and the team at Keegan Whites. I am a first time buyer who was purchasing a property from them. Excellent, professional and great communication. Lenny and the Team sold my house in just 3 days. My wife and I relocated abroad and they looked after our Property in our absence, even dealing with meetings with the National Trust when a situation concerning a Consent arose and arranging maintenance of the garden. They were very good at keeping me appraised of the process and were exemplary in dealing with an awkward Purchaser who eventually collapsed the Sale for no good reason. We can't praise the efforts of the team at Keegan White enough. Whilst our house took a little while to sell we were always greeted by a representative of the company enthusiastically and professionally and the viewings were regular. The Post Sale service provided by Lenny White was fantastic and we were regularly updated with the progress of the chain with any outstanding issues highlight to all parties - and this was from our Estate Agent who quite frankly did a much better job than our solicitor.
