We recently bought our home through the Lambourn Jones Robinson office and had a fantastic experience with the team - from our initial viewing right through to completing on our purchase we found everyone so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The lovely Jacqui whom was an extremely friendly no pressure professional gave us a fair and honest valuation and was most helpful and supportive with our decision making. Always quick to respond and assist. Our house sold within an 8 week period. From that point on we were guided by Natalie whom again was most supportive and friendly we both felt very safe with the entire in-house service that they provided nothing was too much trouble and advice at the ready. We had constant contact with updates and advice which we found extremely helpful as we are busy people. Solicitors, reports, appointments, assessments were all taken care of with no fuss. Appointments with feedback and a constant update was invaluable. Andrew then took care of the final stages of the process which again was all dealt with very smoothly. If ever we decided to move we would be using Redbrik. We recommend this team of professionals and would like to thank them all for their help and kind approach to what could be a stressful process. We purchased a house through Redbrik. From start to finish, it was really really easy and straightforward. Andrew Sedgwick was our case worker. He kept us informed every step of the way, he was a real human who understands that buying a house can be stressful and managed to take the stress away because I always knew he was totally on it. Staff could not have been more helpful. At every opportunity they were kind considerate and went out of their way to help us. The staff were professional quick to respond and accurate wherever possible straight away on the phone. Where not possible they found the answers and replied when details were clarifed. Communication was always followed with an email to ensure everything we agreed was in writing.
