Sam conducted our initial viewing, she struck a perfect balance between offering helpful ideas and perspective while also giving us the freedom to explore the property and discuss our impressions privately, which I really appreciated. As the process progressed, Leeselle and Pam were a real pleasure to work with. They were consistently approachable, responsive and quick to address any queries. Leeselle was particularly accommodating, providing access to the property for various surveys, often at short notice and requiring flexibility with her time, which I we hugely appreciated. The teams professionalism and kindness really made the experience much smoother. I would highly recommend them.
