Reply from Redbrik Chesterfield: We’re disappointed to read this. As discussed when we spoke with you directly following your review, our viewing policies are designed to protect our clients and are an important part of the service we provide.
In relation to pricing, our valuations are based on market evidence and local knowledge. There would be no benefit to us or our clients in overvaluing a property.
We always aim to be professional and respectful in our dealings and expect the same in return. We will continue to apply our processes in the best interests of our clients.
Best wishes,
