When a sale was agreed, our system automatically cancelled upcoming viewings and sent notifications by email. As your email address had previously been removed at your request, you didn’t receive this update. We should have called you directly to explain that the viewing was no longer going ahead, and we didn’t - which was an oversight and not the level of service we aim to deliver.
