Tried to make an appointment to view a rental property with this agent I found them un helpful, then I had an appointment which they were meant to confirm which they didn’t do on the day of the appointment I didn’t know if it was happening or not a young man called at 10:15 for the appointment at 12:30 I told him I hadn’t heard from them so assumed the property had gone only to be told it’s not his fault that their email might be in my junk box !!!!! Extremely rude and ignorant response will never deal with this unprofessional and ignorant outfit . The junk box is where they belong.

I'm sorry that you were not happy with your experience however I do want to assure you we have done everything we can to allow you to view the property. Your viewing was booked in over the phone on the 22nd January and it was stated that the viewing was confirmed and you would receive email confirmation with the time of the viewing and full property address following the call. The email confirmation was sent across at 13:49 on 22nd January. You were called today to confirm your viewing, as we confirm all viewings on the day (via phone as well as email when initially booked in) as we understand sometimes people need to re-arrange and forget to contact us to let us know. During this call you stated you had not received the confirmation email and we double checked your email address and we can see the confirmation email on the 22nd was delivered to the correct address. If the property was no longer available to view then of course we would've called to cancel. However your booking was still going ahead and our call this morning was a courtesy to confirm you were still attending. The property is still available and if you would still like to view then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
