I chose Redbrik because I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism right from the start of the process, when the house was valued. It was marketed with high quality photographs, information and a detailed plan of the house and garden. All viewings were taken care of and an open weekend organised by Jessica was an excellent approach. Communication by email and phone kept me well informed and when the need arose, both Holly and Jessica were persistent and tireless in dealing with any issues. They would always respond to any queries or concerns quickly and provide the answers. The customer service I received was of a high quality and I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Redbrik.
