The letter/postcard you have received will have been addressed to ‘the homeowner’ - we do not have any of your information such as name, or contact details, so isn’t a breach of GDPR. Due to not having any contact details from yourself, could you please contact the marketing team to have your address removed from the prospecting database, this way you will not receive any further communication from us. Also, we can see you have reviewed a few other agents with the same issue - if you contact all the agents directly, we will all be able to remove you from the prospecting database.
