Well here we are Redbrik Chesterfield branch- Jacqueline Brentnall. Can you tell me why as we are not on your mailing list and never have been why you took our property details from Rightmove and tried poaching us to sell with yourselves?! under GDRP rules I don't feel that is legal! So for every letter we receive a 1 star rating will be left to show others the intrusion from this estate agents. My point Thea Cox is that its wrong to be trying to poach a property from another agent when we have had no contact with you whatsoever....

The prospecting letter has reached your home based on our knowledge that your property is/was on the market. The letter/postcard you have received will have been addressed to ‘the homeowner’ - we do not have any of your information such as name, or contact details, so isn’t a breach of GDPR. Due to not having any contact details from yourself, could you please contact the marketing team to have your address removed from the prospecting database, this way you will not receive any further communication from us.
Also, we can see you have reviewed a few other agents with the same issue - if you contact all the agents directly, we will all be able to remove you from the prospecting database.
