Rip off company would not recommend to anyone. They lie to you to get a upfront payment but don't refund it if you don't get the house

Potential tenants are required to sign and agree to the terms and the only reason a tenancy offer is retracted and monies not refunded is if a potential tenant has not fully declared their personal circumstances.
