My wife and I wanted to appoint an experienced local estate agent who would take the lead in all aspects of selling our property, who whould give sound advice but also respect and act on our preferences. We were less concerned about price than about thoroughness and professionalism. We definitely made the right decision when we chose Archers. Selling this property proved to be more complicated than any other sale we have made in the past (we have moved many times), mainly due to buyers being affected by anxiety about Covid.
