I found Archers to be very thorough and professional. At the original meeting, Kerrie (Edwards) came with a detailed analysis of the housing market for the local area over the previous few years, how the postcode area had performed relative to the wider market and what was going on in the area at the time. I found the Archers approach of having people ‘specialise’ in specific postcodes to be a critical differentiator as Kerrie knew exactly what was happening in the locality and consequently able to better shape an appropriate ‘sales strategy’. The photography/video session was much more detailed than we imagined taking the best part of three hours! A very professional looking brochure was subsequently produced with a wider portfolio of quality pictures and video on the website. Having decided to proceed with the sale, we then also engaged with the ‘back office’ team who were again very professional and helpful as we progressed through the viewings, offers & acceptance stages. Overall, I selected Archers as I felt that they took a more proactive approach to sales than other estate agents I engaged with. They push the brochure out to a wider national customer base, not just focusing on immediate south Wales area and relying on the big aggregators such as RightMove and On The Market etc. for that wider advertising.

Archer & Co have presented our property beautifully! The photos and video are of a really high quality and the angles are perfect to showcase each room. I particularly love that they do all the viewings so you don’t have to get involved.
