Been viewing properties with Archers in Chepstow for a while now and Gary Evans is one of the Viewings Specialists we see the most. Gary is a walking encyclopaedia on properties he shows us and on the rare occasion he can't answer a question, he finds the answer quickly and follows up with us. He takes time to build up a relationship with us and as he has gotten to know us and more about what we are looking for, he has also suggested properties we hadn't even considered looking at which were much better than the ones we had picked ouselves! Cannot sing his praises higher - great Viewings Specialist, great personality and really helpful! All round a great asset to the Archers Team.

Gary was very friendly and helpful when he showed us 3 properties in May 2024. He was knowledgeable and prepared and gave us plenty of space to explore the property for ourselves.

Archers at Chepstow were great from the get-go in selling our house. From the initial contact, we had a good experience with all the members of the team, especially with advice on what final work to do on the house before going to market; everyone was very genuine in wanting to help us sell the house for the best possible price. Unfortunately after accepting an offer our buyer pulled out due to worries about it being non-standard construction. However, Emma came to our rescue and did an enormous amount of research into the construction in order to help us secure another offer. We were really grateful for the amount of work put in, which really felt like it was above and beyond the norm. Not all estate agents are the same and you get what you pay for with Archers, top quality service from start to finish.

Great experience when viewing properties. Gary is always professional and was able to answer all my queries on the viewings and we never felt rushed. Emma at the office has also been very efficient in booking viewings and answering any queries. Good agent is key to a smooth move so If I need to sell in the future I would definitely use Archers @ Chepstow office
