Northwood have been nothing but kind and helpful during what can be a stressful time - moving house! Lisa in particular has been lovely and nothing is too much trouble. From the moment we met her for the viewing of the property to collecting the keys, she has been with us every step of the way. After a bad experience in our previous property we were nervous about renting again but I can honestly say our experience this time has been faultless. I rented a property from Northwood for 2 years and I had no issues. They were very approachable, and then I did have an issue with my washing machine, they resolved it quickly. When I left the property, I got a cleaning company to do an End of Tenancy clean but this was not done properly. Lisa, the property manager, was extremely helpful and helped me liaise with the company to clean the property again; as a result of this, I got my deposit back in full. Because of Lisa’s kindness and willingness to help, it made a huge difference and I really appreciated it.
