I had the pleasure of renting a property through Northwood Cheltenham branch and having dealt with other local estate agents and more recently London agents - which are terrible - Lin and the team were amazing to deal with and nothing was ever an issue. All maintenance problems or changes in tenancy were handled in a prompt and professional way. Highly recommend. As a tenant it was refreshing dealing with agents who actually cared.

I rented a property from Northwood for 2 years and I had no issues. They were very approachable, and then I did have an issue with my washing machine, they resolved it quickly. When I left the property, I got a cleaning company to do an End of Tenancy clean but this was not done properly. Lisa, the property manager, was extremely helpful and helped me liaise with the company to clean the property again; as a result of this, I got my deposit back in full. Because of Lisa’s kindness and willingness to help, it made a huge difference and I really appreciated it.
