Hi Nikki This last month has been very hectic for us as we sofa surfed for 6 weeks then moved back into our own home after our long-term tenants moved on. The last 4 weeks have been busy getting our home back into shape. With the sale of Joyford Passage and our other tenants moving out that means that I am fully retired from the rental business. I finally have time to thank you and your team including Lisa for all the excellent work that you all have done over the years. As a landlord and a tenant, I am fully aware that you have to balance the needs of both parties. You always succeeded in doing that when dealing with me. I knew that you would give us the correct advice. I actually won't miss the rental business! But I will miss doing business with excellent teams such as yours. Great agency, respectful of our privacy and not invasive. Every problem was sorted promptly and communication was strong. Landlords were also fab and went above and beyond to sort things for us. Lisa was a lovely property manager and always got things sorted for us. Much better than dealings I have had with other local agencies.

Nikki handled a block sale for us. She sourced a buyer off market and gave professional service throughout on what was a far from straightforward transaction.

I had the pleasure of renting a property through Northwood Cheltenham branch and having dealt with other local estate agents and more recently London agents - which are terrible - Lin and the team were amazing to deal with and nothing was ever an issue. All maintenance problems or changes in tenancy were handled in a prompt and professional way. Highly recommend. As a tenant it was refreshing dealing with agents who actually cared.
