The process can be dauting and dehumanising but Julie, in particular, has treated us with utmost respect and patience. It has been a horribly stressful period, but Julie has made it less so and gone above and beyond to help us through the unforeseen, and unexpected events with professionalism, compassion, creativity, and empathy. Hi Nikki This last month has been very hectic for us as we sofa surfed for 6 weeks then moved back into our own home after our long-term tenants moved on. The last 4 weeks have been busy getting our home back into shape. With the sale of Joyford Passage and our other tenants moving out that means that I am fully retired from the rental business. Northwood have been nothing but kind and helpful during what can be a stressful time - moving house! Lisa in particular has been lovely and nothing is too much trouble.
