We rented from Northwood for 5 wonderful years. When anything went wrong in the house, both Northwood and our lovely landlords were quick to act with kindness and compassion. Although prices did rise occasionally (as everything does) we found the rises to be incredibly fair, and in fact we found the price to be a fair bit lower than it probably should have been compared with similar properties for the location. We were sad to leave, and would have stayed much longer if we hadn’t have bought a house. When it came to moving out, Northwood were very flexible and considerate with viewings and always kept us in the loop which was nice - and even change viewings around us. We’d heard horror stories from a lot of renters (not through Northwood) about getting their deposit back, so we were utterly shocked when they decided to give us everything back. Although the house was left very clean and tidy, we’d expected money to be taken as that just seems like the way these things go. I think this speaks absolute VOLUMES about both our landlords and Northwood - and it really just sums up my review that they were excellent from start to finish. Lastly everyone at Northwood is friendly and approachable and a little shoutout to Nikki, Lin, Lisa and Julie for always looking after us. We wish them and the land lords all the best. Thank you.
