To clarify, the issue with the boiler you mentioned was dealt with directly by the landlord, as it was still under the manufacturer’s warranty. The delay you refer to was while the manufacturer arranged parts and attendance — unfortunately outside our control. The property did continue to have hot water during this period, and the issue occurred during the summer months, so there was no loss of heating.
