Dear Mrs Saunders First of all I would like to apologise that you feel this way and grateful you have taken the time to write your comments . All feedback is taken extremely seriously as we strive to provide great customer service. As you are fully aware there have been several unfortunate issues with your daughter Miss Saunders who is the actual tenant, breech of contract and failure of rental payments, property left in an unsatisfactory condition. I cannot and do not wish to enter in to these situations on a public site but would welcome an appointment with your daughter. We have all correspondence to include inventory/photographic evidence and again all copies have been sent .
