Avoid like the plague. This company took hundreds from me for referencing and suddenly later asked for a guarantor for no real reason to gain more money or me to sacrifice my original deposit if I refused. Upon providing all details and paying all fees they didn't bother doing any referencing or checks including credit, employment or my guarantor, nice making money from fees for no work. They will detail all fees are non refundable and you don't have a leg to stand on, I gave up after all the stress, I should of continued to small claims.
