I have now used Northwood Cheltenham twice in the last two years I have been renting. From a tenants prospective they are by far the most professional agency I have yet dealt with in Cheltenham. They have always responded quickly to any maintenance issues raised and all the staff are very friendly.eThe quality of properties I have viewed with them have always been to a high standard and so comes as no surprise that they do inspect when they say they will unlike other agents I have dealt with previously. They are strict when it comes to inspections but I see this as a positive, I would recommend to anyone looking to rent a property in the Cheltenham area . My Deposit was returned in full on my last property and I hope will be the same at the end of my current tenancy. Keep up the good work Northwood ;)
