Northwood were the first company I rented a property from and for the 2 years I was with them they had been nothing but good to me if I ever had a problem or a query they were there to help and make it as quick and simple as possible. Every 3 months a routine check would be carried out which they have plenty of notice to us and they were so polite and friendly each time they came. When I left Northwood they helped me after I was ripped off by a professional carpet cleaner by ensuring I got almost my entire deposit back by finding another carpet cleaner and covering the cost as they felt so sorry that I had spent so much money on a carpet cleaner and for them to do such a poor job. If it wasn't for the fact my family is growing I would have stayed with Northwood as they understood my needs and made me feel welcome anytime.
