Northwood have fully managed over a dozen of my local residential properties for a number of years. During this period I have always received excellent service from all members of staff who have been polite, conscientious and extremely helpful. Their tenant vetting scheme is obviously near perfect which has resulted in excellent tenant selection. Finally, Nikki who runs the whole show has always been superb and what I particularly admire about her is that she always done exactly as promised - a rare attribute in business today.
