I cannot thank Julie, Lin, Lisa and Nicola enough for their support and help over the past few days as we've been navigating the letting market with our somewhat unusual circumstances. The process can be dauting and dehumanising but Julie, in particular, has treated us with utmost respect and patience. It has been a horribly stressful period, but Julie has made it less so and gone above and beyond to help us through the unforeseen, and unexpected events with professionalism, compassion, creativity, and empathy.
