As the owner of Northwood I take all comments seriously and would welcome the opportunity to meet. We have had a very different experience with yourselves in that the entire tenancy was actually very smooth and you were great tenants. Various reference checks have to take place before a tenancy can commence and in some cases a guarantor maybe required. Inspections form an important part of the tenancy . As I am sure you will agree the property has been completely refreshed throughout in terms of decorating and carpets . Upon check out various walls were marked above just wear and tear and in turn these have to be put back to the correct condition especially as you had only rented for a six month period. Please do note that the deposit is five weeks rent which is a standard amount that vast majority of landlords will request and is substantially less previous years.
