I have rented through Northwood at multiple different addresses over the last 3 years and the service has been nothing short of stellar. I have always felt supported while renting through them, and they are always extremely fast and reliable when it comes to handling tenancy queries/tenancy changes. I have usually always spoken to Lin and Holly, both of whom have consistently been extremely friendly and respectful. However all of the staff I have spoken to have always gone out of their way to help both my housemates and I when needed.
