Hi Nikki This last month has been very hectic for us as we sofa surfed for 6 weeks then moved back into our own home after our long-term tenants moved on. The last 4 weeks have been busy getting our home back into shape. With the sale of Joyford Passage and our other tenants moving out that means that I am fully retired from the rental business. I finally have time to thank you and your team including Lisa for all the excellent work that you all have done over the years. As a landlord and a tenant, I am fully aware that you have to balance the needs of both parties. You always succeeded in doing that when dealing with me. I knew that you would give us the correct advice. I actually won't miss the rental business! But I will miss doing business with excellent teams such as yours.
