Tonia was great!

Our front door’s lock jammed so I emailed Tonia first thing in the morning. She replied quickly and got a locksmith organised and sent out to me that day. The locksmith was polite, efficient and explained what the problem was. He fixed the lock and got us new keys within a couple of hours. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Tonia and the locksmith - couldn’t have asked for better!
