Luke Harris has been fantastic; he is a competent and helpful agent who has made the process far less stressful than my previous bad experiences with other agencies. Emma was absolutely wonderful, she has a great personality and very knowledgeable on the properties she showed us around. She brought us brochures with her contact details and the extra bits hand written on, such as service charges, ground rent etc.... these small attention to detail are so refreshing. A true asset to Martin & Co and the industry. Thanks Emma

I am highly impressed and very pleased with services provided by Martin & Co. Luke was very proactive in his communication, keeping me updated every step of the way. Every time I called him for any query related to the property search, I was able to get all my answers quickly. If you need a viewing, the team arranges it very swiftly with proper follow ups. I also want to appreciate Emma for her timely follow ups on the house viewing appointments. Overall it was a positive experience for me. I would highly recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable property agent. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one.
