Martin & Co have been absolutely brilliant! I was with another letting agent previously and I did not have a good experience at all. To the point that I was extremely apprehensive in choosing another agent. My first contact was with John (Director) who was so patient with me as I needed reassurances that I was making the right choice this time and would be in safe hands going forward. It took several phone calls before I finally took the plunge. It was the best choice I have ever made. Since then I think I have spoken predominantly to Luke and Kerri, although to the other members of staff too being Steven, Jodie and Kim. They are all so lovely and work closely together so they know what the other person is doing, which is rare in this day and age. It is also rare for a company to contact you when required, rather than you having to chase for any information. The whole process has been smooth from start to finish and I actually feel like I'm part of a family unit. I cannot thank you all enough :o)
