I’ve been a tenant with Martin & Co for almost 7 years, and my experience with them has been wonderful with them specially with David Tupper. He is very polite and handles all my concerns and issues promptly. And every one else has been very helpful, maintenance issues have been handled promptly too. Thank you.

What more can we say dealing with Kim has been an absolute joy. If you are a landlord then you can be sure that she will dot every I and cross every T when managing your letting agreement. She is extremely professional and will always have your back covered. Dealing with some agencies can be faceless and challenging but with Kim it was personable and effortless.

We have been with Martin&Co. Renting for a few years. Always been a pleasure. Tonia has recently been helping us with a maintenance issue. She has been prompt and so helpful liaising with ourselves and the landlord and ensuring all is fixed and happy. Thank you all and here is many more years to come.

Thank you Kim

We have had our rental apartment with Martin & Co for many successful years, and never had a complaint. This year has been very difficult for us due to changes in legislation. Kim has certainly walked the extra mile for us and helped out with good grace, knowledge, humour and understanding. Thanks to her we will be keeping our property with them. Thank you Kim.

Since moving in, the team at Martin & Co has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Tonia, Dermid, and Libby, in particular, have been fantastic. They promptly resolved every issue, from minor maintenance to a faulty boiler and fridge, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Martin & Co. for their excellent management and support!
