Since you took over the portfolio from Paige I was concerned as i had previously a good working relationship with Paige , however I shouldn’t have been concerned - you have responded to my numerous emails quickly and efficiently, kept me updated with issues and been on the ball . You are a credit to the company and they should be so pleased you joined as you are giving amazing customer service!!
