Dear Cormac, Further to our extensive communications and my advice to refer this to the ombudsman I am truly sorry to hear you feel this way. As I have previously stated this is a tenant that Charles David Casson did not place and was in the property when we took it over after the letting agent you chose went out of business. We identified that they were not an appropriate tenant during our property inspections and then took the necessary action to remove them from the property and managed to negotiate that your deposit was returned in full. We also then found a new appropriate tenant for you which you declined. We are here to help and I believe we have done the best we can for you under the circumstances. I am sorry you feel this way and I do think the best thing is to refer the matter to the ombudsman so they can review our evidence.
