I have checked our system and cannot find a record of your booking but would be happy to investigate further if you can provide some further details. Unfortunately with the nature of our business and having to liase between property owners, buyers and tenants, sometimes viewings do need to be rearranged and sometimes properties are sold or let and further viewings have to be cancelled, inevitably leaving some people disappointed.
