Good Afternoon Joe, This review is not actually in relation to this company as we are an Estate and Letting Agents based in Chelmsford and you are leaving a review for a Block Management company that used to be in our group but no longer is. It has also always been a completely seperate entity. We are aware of your correspondance in relation to your block of flats in Romford and when that business was sold it was passed onto the new owners who should now have been in contact with you. We would request you remove this review as it does not relate to the company profile you have left it on.
