Our block nearly had every utility cut off due to non payment . Still awaiting our budget from November ‘21. No communication and not qualified to manage properties. Now just been told by CDC that they have ceased trading and our account has been moved over to a firm we didn’t vet or okay ! Stay away from these incompetent rogue agents . Reported to Ombudsman and we are seeking legal advice !
Reply from Charles David Casson - Chelmsford: We are very sorry to read this review however it is not actually for this company which is our Estate and Letting Agency business. You have posted a review regarding the Block Management company which is a different company altogether. Much of this review is not factual and you have been in direct communication with a director of the company regarding this. You are correct that the Block Management business has now been acquired by another company. We wish you all the best with the management of your development in the future.
