I recently purchased a property that was managed by Charles David Casson, namely handled by Bradley and Les. They were both very helpful and supporting to me through the process which was a great help as this was my first home purchase. As my purchase drew toward a close there was a hick-up in which the seller threatening to pull out due to delays; delays caused by his own solicitor. Due to the professional level of smoke screening his solicitor deployed the seller was made to believe that the delays were being caused by the agent and my solicitor. Thankfully for me Les and Bradley stood by me, defended me and supported me to the seller. Even after I was told to clear off Les worked tirelessly into the evening and talked the seller into honouring our agreement and through his final actions we where able to exchange. As I said I only have experience with purchasing one property so I can only comment on this transaction which was stressful enough without the problems with the seller.
